Erica and Keith planned an intimate wedding in early June with their closest family and friends at the Chanler in Newport, RI. I love photographing weddings like this because it allows us so much additional time to focus on the couple–a rare luxury with larger weddings and lots of moving parts. Both the bride and groom got ready in their guest suites at the Chanler. Their wedding ceremony took place at St. Thomas More Church in Narragansett, RI. Before heading back to the Chanler, we made a stop at one of my favorite places in Narragansett to photograph. It’s a breathtaking beautiful location with sweeping views of the ocean and a rocky coastline. The majority of my brides do not want to trek out on sand in their wedding attire so a spot like this with flat rocks and public access is perfect for what we are trying to accomplish. Erica’s statement sleeves were everything! She’s a natural in front of the camera and I had so much with all these gorgeous locations, great weather and tons of time to create art. Congratulations!
