I've been a wedding photographer in my hometown of Newport, RI for 18 years.  After graduating from the Hallmark Institute of Photography in 2005, I opened Faith Dugan Photography and have been honored to document weddings ever since.  I live with my husband, Jefferson, and our 2 rescue dogs, Gracie Belle & Jax.  

As a recent bride myself, I understand how much thought, energy and love go into each and every decision you make for your wedding.  I am always available to help brides plan their day.  No detail is too small and I love hearing about all the special things that you are so excited about!  If you've already spent some time on my gallery page, you'll see that I categorize my photography approach in 2 words: Authentic & Style.  I love capturing those once-in-a-lifetime moments in the Authentic gallery.  No posing or direction was given in any of the images displayed in the Authentic gallery. These types of found moments are what really excites me on your day!  My documentary approach coupled with the directed images as seen in the Style gallery are what makes my photography unique.  The images you see in the Style gallery are directed and posed by me.  These "posed-unposed" images will make you feel as though you stepped out of a bridal magazine.  Portraits of the Bride & Groom are my favorite part of the wedding day.  I love working with my couples to create amazing art for them. Not sure how to pose?  Don't worry!  That's what I am here for.  I'll give you ideas, tips and tricks to make you look your very best.
